To install a joomla template please complete the following.
 
 1) Download the relevant joomla template which will be in a zip format.
 2) Access your Joomla! administrator console
 3) From the administrator console select installers
 4) Select templates - site  for the front end template or templates - admin for an administrator template
 5) Choose browse  and choose the template you have just downloaded
 6) Select upload & install
 7) The template will now be visible via the template manager
 8) To view the template manager select site , template manager and site templates
 9) You can now select and apply the joomla template to your web site.
